E-Learning Courses
E-learning courses are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
Cancellation & Refunds: Classroom Training / Distance Learning
Classroom and Distance Learning programs are 100% refundable (excluding payment gateway charges & GST) if the refund request is made at least 15 days before the commencement of training/classes.
If the refund request is made between 15 and 3 days before the training/classes commence, you will not be eligible for a refund but may request to reschedule the training/class to a later date.
Once the training/course has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
Institute-Initiated Cancellations
If the training institute cancels an event, a full refund (100%) will be provided to the delegate.
ABS Academy reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the event location due to insufficient enrollments, instructor unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or other force majeure events.
Refund Processing Time
The refund mode may vary depending on the circumstances.
If processed via Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, refunds may take 10 to 14 working days to reflect in your account. This timeline is subject to banking policies beyond our control.
If processed via e-wallet, the refund should be available within 24 hours.
