Welcome to ABS Academy. By accessing and using our website, courses, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1. These terms govern the use of all services offered by ABS Academy, including e-learning, classroom training, and distance learning programs.
1.2. By enrolling in any course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
1.3. ABS Academy reserves the right to update, modify, or change these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Enrollment and Payment

2.1. Enrollment in a course is confirmed only after full payment is received.
2.2. All payments are subject to applicable taxes and payment gateway charges.
2.3. Discounts, offers, and promotions may be available but are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

3.1. E-Learning Courses: Non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
3.2. Classroom & Distance Learning Courses:

  • 100% refund (excluding payment gateway charges & GST) if canceled at least 15 days before the course start date.

  • No refunds if canceled within 3 days of the course start date; however, rescheduling may be possible.

  • No refunds after the course has commenced.
    3.3. If ABS Academy cancels an event, a full refund will be issued.
    3.4. Refunds will be processed within 10 to 14 working days (Credit/Debit Card & Net Banking) or 24 hours (e-wallet).

4. Course Access & Content Usage

4.1. Course materials, videos, and resources provided are for personal learning only and must not be shared, copied, or resold.
4.2. Unauthorized distribution of course content is a violation of copyright laws and may result in legal action.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1. Students must adhere to professional and respectful behavior while attending courses, whether online or in person.
5.2. Any form of harassment, disruptive behavior, or violation of ABS Academy policies may lead to suspension or termination without a refund.

6. Certification

6.1. Certifications will be issued only upon successful course completion and fulfillment of all course requirements.
6.2. Certificates are non-transferable and cannot be altered or duplicated.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. ABS Academy is not responsible for any technical issues, system downtime, or third-party service disruptions that may impact course access.
7.2. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

8. Privacy Policy

8.1. All personal information provided during registration is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
8.2. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

9. Governing Law

9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of [Your Country/State].
